PROJECTS
Here’s a small collection of projects that I’m particularly proud of. Why not scroll down and take a look?
Hyer App
UX/UI Design, UX Writing, Figma
For my final project at the UX Design Institute, I conducted extensive research on user journeys and performed user testing on three car rental apps.
My research identified key pain points, including information overload and fear of hidden costs, which created friction in the user experience.
Using affinity mapping, I distilled these insights into clear user problems and developed targeted design solutions.
During the wireframing phase, and later in creating a high-fidelity prototype, I implemented progressive disclosure to enhance usability.
This approach ensured users received information in manageable steps and allowed them to navigate back if needed, reducing cognitive load and improving task completion rates.
Manor Wood
Web Design, Content Design, UX Design, Copywriting, Figma
Manor Wood sought a cohesive brand identity to promote their woodland business, improve online discoverability, and streamline their booking process.
I undertook a full website redesign, refreshed their logo, and developed a comprehensive brand kit, including a cohesive color palette and typography.
With a broad ranging clientele, accessibility was a key focus. The primary challenge was crafting a high-contrast color palette that adhered to accessibility standards while aligning with the brand’s aesthetic.

Chainels Product Updates
Web Design, Content Design, Copywriting, Product Marketing
At Chainels, I managed the Product Updates page, a key channel for communicating bug fixes and new features to users.
Collaborating closely with the product team, I gained a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and the technical intricacies of updates. My role involved translating complex technical documentation into clear, user-friendly language that highlighted the benefits of bug fixes, integrations, and feature updates at a glance.
To improve usability, I designed the information architecture with a color-coded system, enabling users to navigate the page visually and quickly find relevant updates. This approach enhanced accessibility and discoverability of new product features.
